FOOD ALLERGY
With approach of warmer weather the allergic disease of many people becomes more intense. Is it really possible to change one's life and to forget about this painful illness and to enjoy all seasons equally?

COMPLICATED ISSUES
All my life I work as a doctor, a therapist. Being by nature a purposeful person, I always tried to get to the truth in my work. But for many years multiple questions in diagnostics and peculiarities of treatment for various allergic diseases remained a dark spot for me, causing a feeling of dissatisfaction. The food allergy was one of such spots for me. I was amazed, that the products, provided to us by nature for maintenance of a good physical condition, suddenly become our "enemies". All medical literature - Russian and foreign one - didn't give a concrete answer to the annoying questions: "What happens in an organism of a highly allergic individual? How to help a patient? Why is it not possible to cure the allergy, but only to transfer it from an acute form - to a chronic one?"
Now these questions and doubts remain in the past. Today I already know how to treat and cure the most complicated forms of such disease, as the food allergy.
In achieving that I was assisted by the techniques developed at the Medical center of "Herbs of Caucasus" and which I have perfectly mastered by now.
ALLERGIC REACTION
Studying the methods of treatment of the Center "Herbs of Caucasus" where I came to work several years ago, noticeably changed my views on medical process of many diseases, including the food allergy. All attainments of this uneasy disease received earlier have been systematized. Results of the treatment applied in the Center - are remarkable.
What is the food allergy?
The concept of the "food allergy" unites a number of diseases connected with a general mechanism of allergic reaction occurrence - as a consequence of the use of certain foodstuffs. Allergic reaction is characterized by interaction of the antibodies, circulating in blood and fixed in tissues - with the allergen, contained in food, or generated at splitting of a foodstuff by enzymes of the digestive system.
Adverse influence on development of the food allergy is made by repeated treatment by means of antibiotics of a gastrointestinal tract and other diseases, that promotes development of a dysbacteriosis and a subsequent lesion of digestive absorption processes.
MANIFESTATIONS
The food allergy has such variety of clinical presentations, that a doctor, being unsophisticated in problems of allergology is frequently unable to understand - what causes the abundance of various complaints of a patient?
The food allergy is shown in the form of:
- the gastrointestinal tract lesion, being accompanied by pains in the epigastric area, in the right and left hypochondrium, susceptibility to diarrheas and constipation;
- nausea, vomiting, mouth bitterness, rectal itch;
- the mouth mucous lesion in the form of an aphthous-ulcer stomatitis.
Quite often the allergy also damages the gastrointestinal tract with development of serious diseases: esophagitis, ulcer, erosive gastritis, dyskinesia of gall-bladder and biliary tracts, various kinds of colitis.
Respiratory system lesion as a result of food allergy can be presented in the form of allergic rhinopathy, bronchial asthma.
Skin manifestations - in the form of allergic dermatitis, nettle-rash, Quincke's edema, eczema, an itch.
Quite often at the food allergy the "shock bodies" are various departments of the nervous system, shown as headache, neuralgia of various localization, drowsiness, sleeplessness, poor eyesight, subfibral temperature.
Urinogenital system lesion, which is shown by presence of blood, albumen in urine, by thrush occurrence with women is also observed.
The food allergy represents various kinds of allergic reactions toward a certain product or a combination of several products.
CAUSES OF THE DESEASE
There is also a so-called true allergy, which arises usually in the early childhood and remaining during the entire life. In most cases the allergenic products are milk, fish, wheat products, honey, walnuts, chocolate. Weight of allergic reactions also depends on culinary processing of food. They are worsened by fried food, meat and fish broths.
Before being absorbed by intestinal fibers, each foodstuff is influenced by a number of digestive enzymes in a digestive tract of a person. Lack of any of them leads to absorption of undersplitted products by the intestinal walls which can serve as an allergenic substance. Significant enzymatic dysfunction in gastrointestinal tract and biliary system of many patients and is an original cause of the above-stated diverse clinical picture of the disease. Therefore it is necessary to pay special attention to the enzymic pancreatic deficiency. And it is a rare case when a food allergic patient has no dysbacteriosis.
High profile in diagnostics of disease belongs to the carefully collected allergological anamnesis which includes data on the previous diseases, features of the clinical course, working conditions, contact with medicines and subjects of household chemical goods.
HOW TO BECOME HEALTHY?
All appearances of the food allergy are being cured at the medical center of "Herbs of Caucasus" for 15 years. The best time for treatment is the late autumn (in November) or in winter, although the effect from its application is evident at any time of a year.
It is necessary to note, that productivity of techniques, most of all, depends on the patient himself, from his spirit. Cure of the food allergy, requires the patient's readiness for it.
What is - "ready"?
Only desire and idleness of a patient would not be enough. One also needs patience, work and striving for victory over illness!
That is why today, before the treatment, I, as well as every other doctor of the Center, spend a lot of time explaining to a patient: how the treatment will be conducted, what will be done with him and why, and how long it will take to become absolutely healthy. Only with full mutual understanding between "doctor - patient", it is necessary and possible to begin the treatment. As soon as it is reached, each patient gets an individual, necessary diet without observance of which it is impossible to begin the treatment. I wish to note, that the diets developed in the Center - are simply unique. About 20 years ago the doctors of the Center had an idea to borrow a diet for treatment of an allergy from the leading dieticians of the world. They figured - why on Earth to invent a bicycle? There are perfect diets created by such scientists, as Shelton, Brag, Woker, why not to use them? But it did not work - the allergy didn't recede at application of these diets. The doctors of the Center "Herbs of Caucasus" had to develop an effective diet, literally for each letter and each point. And it has been created!
Nowadays the Medical center of "Herbs of Caucasus" has been applying a unique and presently the only hypoallergenic diet in the world for about 15 years. Due to its smooth work it defeats any form of allergy. The diet is strict, scrupulous, meticulous but it has to be maintained. Some of our patients tried to deceive themselves, only a little bit to avoid it, but as a result they received an exacerbation! Therefore all patients of the Center are obliged to keep a daily food diary, and then to sit for an "examination" of the doctor in charge of the case. Yes - yes, the examination! And if it happens, that a patient doesn't follow the diet, he is advised to quit the treatment at the Center.
There is such severity, but without it moving forward, toward recovery is possible, but there is a probability of relapse.
A BACKBONE PLUS OF THE HERBS
Allergy treatment requires a whole complex of measures. Another necessary action is the diagnosis of a patient's backbone condition, its correction, and, as a consequence - anatomically correct arrangement of all organs of the abdominal cavity, and hence their normal condition and functioning.
The problems revealed in the backbone are eliminated in the Center by means of extension, osteopathy, massage and manual therapy. We give to this treatment stage a great value and we consider that recovery of food allergy patients is impossible without such manipulations with a backbones.
But in order to save a good condition of a backbone and internal organs, a patient needs to have a correct bearing. Therefore, we teach a patient to sit properly, to stand, to walk and even to sleep. Even the thoughts of our patients become different which surprises them quite often.
During treatment of allergy a lot of attention is paid to purgation of the gastrointestinal tract of a patient getting rid of slags and toxins, pancreas' and intestinal work normalization. For this purpose the Center has developed a special and effectively working scheme.
And, certainly, the herbal medicine plays an important role for treatment of allergy. This will be seriously described in our next article.
I'd like to point out, that I have never seen and didn't even assume the possibility of such magnificent results in treatment of the food allergy of any aetiology with application of herbal medicine as at the Medical center of "Herbs of Caucasus".
